Unfortunately we can not accept any more registration as we have reached capacity - if you have already received your tickets for the symposium via the Humantix registration, and have not yet submitted an abstract that you wish to submit, please email Jeremy - jpinyon@sydney.edu.au

Poster presentations are welcomed from all symposium attendees. Please make sure you register for the symposium via the link below before submitting your abstract as tickets (free) are limited. There will be poster prizes presented at the end of the day. If you would like to display a poster at the symposium please submit an abstract of up to 400 words using the this submission portal. Note* Please also register your attendance / free ticket for the symposium via the Humanitix link below.


Posters can be project-specific posters or group-related posters

Only project posters will be considered for awards but if you would like to showcase your group on a poster this is also encouraged please still submit an brief abstract via this portal indicating that your submission is not a project-specific poster

Size: A poster size of A0 (841mm x 1189mm), portrait orientation is recommended.. .

Content: All text lettering should be large enough to be legible at a distance of 1.5m. The text should be concise and easy to read. The message that your poster contains should be clear and self-explanatory. In preparing your poster, you should not attempt to detail your entire research history. Present only enough data to support conclusions or to explain the point(s) you wish to make. Data should be kept to a minimum, in favour of graphical elements. Methods should be presented simply and concisely. Figure legends should be short but informative. Results should be in line with those originally submitted in your abstract..
If you would like to create a new poster for the symposium that is great if you have a recent poster that you have presented elsewhere we also encourage you to bring that along
